Bob is Buildr's order desk on WhatsApp. No app, no sign-up form: send the opening size, the panel count and the colour the way you’d text any order desk. Bob quotes the price and the pickup date before anything else. Say "ok, order it" and, on a first order, he asks permission to open an account on your WhatsApp number and needs only your name. Then the card payment link, and the moment payment lands, your order number, pickup details and a link to the app if you want to track it.

Before you measure

How fast can I get a closet sliding door?

Standard orders are ready for pickup within 2 business days after payment. The app shows your pickup date before you pay, and you get a message the moment the order is on the shelf. Orders paid on a weekend count business days from Monday.

Can I see a price without making an account?

On WhatsApp, yes: text the size, panel count and colour to Bob and he quotes any number, and only asks to open an account when you say "ok, order it". In the app and on the web you sign in first with your phone number (a code by text, one minute); the price then shows as you build, before you pay.

How much does a custom closet sliding door cost in Toronto?

It depends on size and options. A 2-panel framed door with a white edge for a 72 by 80 inch opening is $255 plus HST. Enter your own size and the price shows right away, before you pay anything.

Why is it cheaper than a custom shop?

The whole path from order to pickup runs on our own AI-driven ordering and production system, the same one that handles volume orders for builders, high-rise towers and rental buildings across the GTA. Working at that volume keeps the cost of each door down and the 2-day pickup on time, and that is what you see in the price. There's also no showroom, no sales visit and no delivery truck in it.

What comes in the kit?

Door panels (2 or 3), the top track, the bottom track and the fascia, all built to the width and height you entered. It doesn't come boxed, and you pick it all up at once.

How do I measure the opening?

Measure width at the top, middle and bottom, and height at left, middle and right, in inches. Use the smallest of each. If the tape lands between marks, use the fraction buttons (⅛ up to ⅞).

Can I order on WhatsApp?
